About Aaron Ebinger

Aaron Ebinger is a floor refinishing contractor serving Pacifica, CA. The business has been operating for 26 years with a team of 29. Not every floor needs a full sand. Floors with light surface wear can often be buffed and recoated, while deep scratches, gray water damage, or a color change call for sanding to bare wood. Damaged boards may be replaced and blended in before finishing.

Common requests for hardwood floor refinishing include sanding and refinishing oak floors, refinishing floors found under old carpet, carpet adhesive residue removal, stair tread refinishing and buffing out surface scratches.

Dark pet stains, boards that feel rough underfoot, and a dull finish that cleaning no longer brightens suggest a sand or recoat. Describe the current finish and color, the look you want, and any boards with deep stains, cracks, or water damage. Cost depends on square footage, floor condition, whether stain is applied, the number of finish coats, and any board repairs or stairs.
