Business listings

Fixerlane publishes a directory of home service businesses. Listings are compiled from publicly available sources, which means a business can appear here without having signed up. Listing information is business information — company name, trade, service area, ratings and similar — not personal information about consumers.

If a listing is yours, you can claim it free to control what it says, or request its removal. We honor removal requests.

What we collect from you

• Information you give us — your name, email, phone and message when you contact a pro, claim a listing, or request a removal.
• Usage information — pages viewed, searches run, approximate location from your IP, and device and browser details.

How we use it

• To run the directory and show relevant results near you.
• To pass your enquiry to the professional you chose to contact.
• To verify claims and process removal requests.
• To operate, secure and improve the service.

How we share it

When you contact a professional through Fixerlane, we share what you submitted with that professional so they can respond. We also use service providers — hosting, email delivery, analytics, payment processing — who act on our instructions.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some analytics and advertising cookies may count as “sharing” under California law; you can opt out via Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.
