By using Fixerlane you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What Fixerlane is

Fixerlane is a directory and a set of business tools. We are not a home service provider, a contractor, or a party to any agreement between a homeowner and a professional. We do not perform the work, supervise it, or guarantee it.

Listings

Listings are compiled from publicly available sources and from professionals who sign up, so a business may appear before it has joined. We do not verify every detail. Ratings and review counts shown on unclaimed listings originate from public sources and may be out of date.

A business can claim its listing free or request removal.

Choosing a professional

Vetting is your responsibility. Confirm licensing, insurance and references before work begins, and agree scope and price directly with the professional. Fixerlane is not liable for the acts or omissions of any professional listed here.

Accounts and subscriptions

Being listed is free. Paid plans are $19.99 per month or $129 per year after a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions renew until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time from your account. Purchases made inside the iOS or Android apps are billed by Apple or Google under their terms, and refunds for those are handled by them.

Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, bulk-download or resell the directory.
• Do not submit false claims or removal requests for a business that is not yours.
• Do not use Fixerlane to send unsolicited marketing to listed businesses.
• Do not misrepresent your identity, licensing or qualifications.

Content you submit

You keep ownership of what you submit, and grant us a licence to display it as part of the service. Do not submit anything you do not have the right to share.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fixerlane is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from work performed by a professional you found here.
