Ace flooring

About Ace flooring

Based in Florence, SC, Ace flooring works as a hardwood flooring contractor. A team of 3, the business has been operating for 3 years. Expect furniture to be moved, old flooring pulled, and the subfloor fixed where it squeaks or dips. Installation then moves room by room, with cuts around vents and door casings, followed by thresholds, stair nosing, and molding for a clean finished edge where the floor meets other surfaces.

Typical jobs for hardwood floor installation in Florence include transition strips and thresholds, subfloor leveling, old carpet removal before install, engineered hardwood over concrete and unfinished floors finished on site. Ace flooring is also listed for carpet installation, countertop installation and handyman.

Allergies, pets, or a desire for a floor that can be sanded and refinished later lead many homeowners to replace soft flooring with real wood. Share the target timeline, any known squeaks or soft spots, and how rooms connect so transitions to tile, vinyl, or carpet can be planned ahead of time. Wood species, plank width, and solid versus engineered construction set the material cost. Subfloor repair, stairs, and pattern layouts like herringbone add labor.
