About AGGi floors

Based in Bryan, TX, AGGi floors works as a hardwood floor installer. A team of 5, the business has been operating for 18 years. Expect furniture to be moved, old flooring pulled, and the subfloor fixed where it squeaks or dips. Installation then moves room by room, with cuts around vents and door casings, followed by thresholds, stair nosing, and molding for a clean finished edge where the floor meets other surfaces.

Typical jobs for hardwood floor installation in Bryan include old carpet removal before install, engineered hardwood over concrete, unfinished floors finished on site, nail-down floors over plywood subfloors and transition strips and thresholds. AGGi floors is also listed for carpet installation, handyman and hardwood floor refinishing.

Worn carpet, damaged laminate, or a planned sale often prompts a switch to hardwood, especially in living rooms, hallways, and bedrooms that see daily foot traffic. Provide square footage for each room, the current flooring type, and whether stairs are included. Note if the floor sits on a concrete slab or a wood subfloor. Wood species, plank width, and solid versus engineered construction set the material cost. Subfloor repair, stairs, and pattern layouts like herringbone add labor.

Customers in Bryan and nearby areas such as College Station, Hearne and Iola can request a quote. Posted hours are Monday to Saturday. Accepted payment methods include Apple Pay, Cash, Check and Zelle. To get started, send AGGi floors a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
