Alex Furniture Assembly & Home Installations

About Alex Furniture Assembly & Home Installations

Alex Furniture Assembly & Home Installations provides handyman work in New York, NY. A team of 2, the business has been operating for 4 years. Handyman work covers the small repairs and installs that pile up around a house but rarely justify calling a specialty trade. A single visit often bundles several items, such as patching a wall, rehanging a door, and mounting a shelf, so the homeowner clears a whole list in one trip instead of scheduling several.

Common requests for handyman work include hanging shelves and mirrors, drywall patching, replacing light fixtures, caulking tubs and sinks and loose door hinge repair. Alex Furniture Assembly & Home Installations is also listed for commercial cleaning, door repair and fitness equipment assembly.

Doors that will not close, dents in drywall, peeling bathroom caulk, and shelves that wobble under weight are typical triggers for a general repair call. List every task in one message with a photo of each item, so the visit can be planned properly and the right materials brought along on the first trip. Travel distance, the complexity of each job, and whether a task needs a second trip for special-order parts are the main drivers behind a handyman quote.

Customers in New York and nearby areas such as Astoria, Long Island City and Sunnyside can request a quote. Posted hours are Monday to Sunday, 9:00 am to 11:00 pm. Accepted payment methods include Apple Pay, Cash, Credit card, Square cash app, Stripe and Venmo.
