Alves Property Solutions

About Alves Property Solutions

Based in Myrtle Beach, SC, Alves Property Solutions works as a handyman. Around Myrtle Beach, homeowners often use handyman help for the in-between jobs: a door that no longer latches, a cracked tile near a threshold, a wobbly stair railing, or new hardware on old cabinets. The work tends to be quick, practical, and focused on making things function properly and look tidy again.

Common requests for handyman work include mounting televisions, caulking tubs and sinks, ceiling fan swaps, hanging shelves and mirrors and small fence board repairs. Alves Property Solutions is also listed for cabinet installation, dishwasher installation, door repair and furniture assembly.

A running list of small fixes that never seems to get shorter is the most common reason homeowners book a handyman visit and hand off several tasks at once. Mention whether parts such as light fixtures, shelves, curtain rods, or cabinet hardware are already purchased or will need to be picked up before the visit. Travel distance, the complexity of each job, and whether a task needs a second trip for special-order parts are the main drivers behind a handyman quote.

Customers in Myrtle Beach and nearby areas such as Murrells Inlet, Pawleys Island and Conway can request a quote. Posted hours are Monday to Saturday. To get started, send Alves Property Solutions a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
