About AM Construction and property maintenence

AM Construction and property maintenence provides handyman work in Pittston, PA. The business has been operating for 3 years. Most handyman calls start with a quick walkthrough of the task list, followed by a check of the tools and materials each item needs. Jobs are then worked in a sensible order, with dust control and cleanup at the end, leaving the homeowner with finished repairs instead of half-done weekend projects.

Common requests for handyman work include furniture assembly, fixing sticky drawers, grab bar installation, replacing light fixtures and loose door hinge repair. AM Construction and property maintenence is also listed for interior painting and junk removal.

A running list of small fixes that never seems to get shorter is the most common reason homeowners book a handyman visit and hand off several tasks at once. Mention whether parts such as light fixtures, shelves, curtain rods, or cabinet hardware are already purchased or will need to be picked up before the visit. Handyman pricing usually depends on the number of tasks on the list, the time each one takes, and whether materials must be supplied or are already on hand.
