About An Extra Hand

Based in San Antonio, TX, An Extra Hand works as a handyman. It has been in business for 3 years. Around San Antonio, homeowners often use handyman help for the in-between jobs: a door that no longer latches, a cracked tile near a threshold, a wobbly stair railing, or new hardware on old cabinets. The work tends to be quick, practical, and focused on making things function properly and look tidy again.

Common requests for handyman work include fixing sticky drawers, weatherstripping doors, furniture assembly, mounting televisions and baseboard and trim touch-ups. An Extra Hand is also listed for dishwasher installation, door repair, fitness equipment assembly and furniture assembly.

Doors that will not close, dents in drywall, peeling bathroom caulk, and shelves that wobble under weight are typical triggers for a general repair call. Include ceiling heights, the wall type if known, and access notes like pets, parking, or gate codes so the visit can keep moving without delays. Handyman pricing usually depends on the number of tasks on the list, the time each one takes, and whether materials must be supplied or are already on hand.
