Andre Oliveira Service

About Andre Oliveira Service

Based in Marietta, GA, Andre Oliveira Service works as a hardwood floor installer. The business has been operating for 6 years with a team of 2. Expect furniture to be moved, old flooring pulled, and the subfloor fixed where it squeaks or dips. Installation then moves room by room, with cuts around vents and door casings, followed by thresholds, stair nosing, and molding for a clean finished edge where the floor meets other surfaces.

Typical jobs for hardwood floor installation in Marietta include old carpet removal before install, herringbone pattern floors, baseboard and shoe molding reinstall, stair tread and riser installation and engineered hardwood over concrete. Andre Oliveira Service is also listed for hardwood floor refinishing.

Allergies, pets, or a desire for a floor that can be sanded and refinished later lead many homeowners to replace soft flooring with real wood. Provide square footage for each room, the current flooring type, and whether stairs are included. Note if the floor sits on a concrete slab or a wood subfloor. Removal and disposal of old flooring, furniture moving, and trim work affect the total, along with the number of rooms, closets, and cuts involved.

Customers in Marietta and nearby areas such as Kennesaw, Roswell and Woodstock can request a quote. Posted hours are Monday to Sunday. To get started, send Andre Oliveira Service a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
