About Andréia cleaning services

Based in Jacksonville, FL, Andréia cleaning services works as a house cleaner. A team of 3, the business has been operating for 7 years. On a typical visit, the cleaner walks through the home first to confirm priorities and any rooms to skip. Supplies and equipment usually come with the cleaner, though homeowners can request specific products for sensitive surfaces or allergies. The result is a home where the kitchen, bathrooms, and floors are clean and open surfaces are dusted.

Common requests for house cleaning include inside refrigerator cleaning, bathroom tile and grout scrubbing, move-in cleans, floor vacuuming and mopping and biweekly maintenance cleaning. Andréia cleaning services is also listed for handyman.

Soap scum that will not come off the shower glass, dust on ceiling fans, and grease on cabinet fronts are common signs a home is due for a deep clean. Explain how the cleaner will get in, where to park, and whether anyone will be home, plus any surfaces like marble or hardwood that need specific products. Recurring schedules, add-on tasks like inside appliances, pet hair, and move-out conditions all change the amount of time required, which is the main driver of the quote.

Besides Jacksonville, homeowners in Orange Park, Fleming Island and Middleburg can reach out for house cleaning. Posted hours are Monday to Sunday.
