About Arizona Prestige Flooring

Arizona Prestige Flooring is a hardwood flooring contractor serving Paradise Valley, AZ. The business has been operating for 7 years with a team of 3. Hardwood installation starts with checking the subfloor for flatness and moisture, then laying underlayment and planks in the right direction for the room. Boards are nailed, glued, or floated depending on the product, and trim is set last to cover the expansion gaps left along the walls.

Common requests for hardwood floor installation include herringbone pattern floors, floating hardwood floors, stair tread and riser installation, wide-plank flooring and old carpet removal before install.

Squeaky or uneven subfloors, water-damaged sections, or a remodel that opens up walls between rooms are common triggers for new hardwood installation. Photos of each room, the chosen wood species or product, and whether furniture moving and old floor removal are needed help an installer quote accurately. Wood species, plank width, and solid versus engineered construction set the material cost. Subfloor repair, stairs, and pattern layouts like herringbone add labor.

Customers in Paradise Valley and nearby areas such as Scottsdale, Phoenix and Tempe can request a quote. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Check, Venmo and Zelle. To get started, send Arizona Prestige Flooring a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
