Arturo Terrones

About Arturo Terrones

Based in Lancaster, CA, Arturo Terrones works as a hardwood floor installer. The business has been operating for 4 years with a team of 2. Expect furniture to be moved, old flooring pulled, and the subfloor fixed where it squeaks or dips. Installation then moves room by room, with cuts around vents and door casings, followed by thresholds, stair nosing, and molding for a clean finished edge where the floor meets other surfaces.

Typical jobs for hardwood floor installation in Lancaster include engineered hardwood over concrete, solid oak plank installation, old carpet removal before install, stair tread and riser installation and subfloor leveling. Arturo Terrones is also listed for handyman.

Allergies, pets, or a desire for a floor that can be sanded and refinished later lead many homeowners to replace soft flooring with real wood. Provide square footage for each room, the current flooring type, and whether stairs are included. Note if the floor sits on a concrete slab or a wood subfloor. Wood species, plank width, and solid versus engineered construction set the material cost. Subfloor repair, stairs, and pattern layouts like herringbone add labor.
