Barrans Properties

About Barrans Properties

Barrans Properties is a handyman service serving Greensboro, NC. It has been in business for 3 years. Most handyman calls start with a quick walkthrough of the task list, followed by a check of the tools and materials each item needs. Jobs are then worked in a sensible order, with dust control and cleanup at the end, leaving the homeowner with finished repairs instead of half-done weekend projects.

Common requests for handyman work include hanging shelves and mirrors, fixing sticky drawers, replacing light fixtures, caulking tubs and sinks and grab bar installation. Barrans Properties is also listed for furniture assembly and TV mounting.

A running list of small fixes that never seems to get shorter is the most common reason homeowners book a handyman visit and hand off several tasks at once. Include ceiling heights, the wall type if known, and access notes like pets, parking, or gate codes so the visit can keep moving without delays. Travel distance, the complexity of each job, and whether a task needs a second trip for special-order parts are the main drivers behind a handyman quote.

Customers in Greensboro and nearby areas such as Summerfield, Browns Summit and Oak Ridge can request a quote. Posted hours are Friday, 5:00 am to 7:00 pm. Accepted payment methods include Apple Pay, Cash, Check, Square cash app, Venmo and Zelle. Request a quote from Barrans Properties on Fixerlane and describe the job you need done.
