Beasley's Home Renovations

About Beasley's Home Renovations

Beasley's Home Renovations is a hardwood flooring contractor serving Versailles, KY. It has been in business for 3 years. Hardwood installation starts with checking the subfloor for flatness and moisture, then laying underlayment and planks in the right direction for the room. Boards are nailed, glued, or floated depending on the product, and trim is set last to cover the expansion gaps left along the walls.

On their profile, Beasley's Home Renovations lists install type: laminate, luxury vinyl flooring, engineered hardwood and solid wood; property type: residential.

Worn carpet, damaged laminate, or a planned sale often prompts a switch to hardwood, especially in living rooms, hallways, and bedrooms that see daily foot traffic. Provide square footage for each room, the current flooring type, and whether stairs are included. Note if the floor sits on a concrete slab or a wood subfloor. Removal and disposal of old flooring, furniture moving, and trim work affect the total, along with the number of rooms, closets, and cuts involved.

Customers in Versailles and nearby areas such as Lexington, Lawrenceburg and Nicholasville can request a quote. Posted hours are Monday to Sunday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. Accepted payment methods include Cash. To get started, send Beasley's Home Renovations a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
