Beckham’s Flooring

About Beckham’s Flooring

Beckham’s Flooring provides hardwood floor installation in Lancaster, SC. The business has been operating for 15 years with a team of 3. Hardwood installation starts with checking the subfloor for flatness and moisture, then laying underlayment and planks in the right direction for the room. Boards are nailed, glued, or floated depending on the product, and trim is set last to cover the expansion gaps left along the walls.

Common requests for hardwood floor installation include engineered hardwood over concrete, baseboard and shoe molding reinstall, stair tread and riser installation, wide-plank flooring and solid oak plank installation. Beckham’s Flooring is also listed for handyman, hardwood floor refinishing and interior painting.

Worn carpet, damaged laminate, or a planned sale often prompts a switch to hardwood, especially in living rooms, hallways, and bedrooms that see daily foot traffic. Photos of each room, the chosen wood species or product, and whether furniture moving and old floor removal are needed help an installer quote accurately. Wood species, plank width, and solid versus engineered construction set the material cost. Subfloor repair, stairs, and pattern layouts like herringbone add labor.

Customers in Lancaster and nearby areas such as Catawba, Heath Springs and Kershaw can request a quote. Posted hours are Monday to Sunday, 7:00 am to 8:00 pm. Accepted payment methods include Apple Pay, Cash, Check, Venmo and Zelle. To get started, send Beckham’s Flooring a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
