About BRA Flooring LLC

BRA Flooring LLC is a hardwood flooring contractor serving Olney, MD. The business has been operating for 7 years with a team of 3. Homeowners choose between solid hardwood, which can be sanded many times, and engineered boards, which handle basements and concrete slabs better. The installer helps match product to the space, lets the wood acclimate inside the home, and plans layouts that avoid awkward slivers at doorways and hallways.

Typical jobs for hardwood floor installation in Olney include stair tread and riser installation, subfloor leveling, wide-plank flooring, transition strips and thresholds and floating hardwood floors.

Squeaky or uneven subfloors, water-damaged sections, or a remodel that opens up walls between rooms are common triggers for new hardwood installation. Provide square footage for each room, the current flooring type, and whether stairs are included. Note if the floor sits on a concrete slab or a wood subfloor. Wood species, plank width, and solid versus engineered construction set the material cost. Subfloor repair, stairs, and pattern layouts like herringbone add labor.

Besides Olney, homeowners in Sandy Spring, Derwood and Brookeville can reach out for hardwood floor installation. Posted hours are Monday to Saturday. Accepted payment methods include Apple Pay, Cash, Check, Credit card, Google Pay and PayPal. To get started, send BRA Flooring LLC a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
