Building Plus

About Building Plus

Based in Las Vegas, NV, Building Plus works as a handyman. The business has been operating for 6 years. Handyman work covers the small repairs and installs that pile up around a house but rarely justify calling a specialty trade. A single visit often bundles several items, such as patching a wall, rehanging a door, and mounting a shelf, so the homeowner clears a whole list in one trip instead of scheduling several.

Typical jobs for handyman work in Las Vegas include ceiling fan swaps, weatherstripping doors, grab bar installation, small fence board repairs and replacing light fixtures.

Doors that will not close, dents in drywall, peeling bathroom caulk, and shelves that wobble under weight are typical triggers for a general repair call. Mention whether parts such as light fixtures, shelves, curtain rods, or cabinet hardware are already purchased or will need to be picked up before the visit. Handyman pricing usually depends on the number of tasks on the list, the time each one takes, and whether materials must be supplied or are already on hand.

Besides Las Vegas, homeowners in North Las Vegas and Henderson can reach out for handyman work. Posted hours are Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Check, Credit card, Venmo and Zelle. To get started, send Building Plus a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
