C & J Facility Solutions

About C & J Facility Solutions

Based in Tallahassee, FL, C & J Facility Solutions works as a house cleaning service. The business has a team of 4. On a typical visit, the cleaner walks through the home first to confirm priorities and any rooms to skip. Supplies and equipment usually come with the cleaner, though homeowners can request specific products for sensitive surfaces or allergies. The result is a home where the kitchen, bathrooms, and floors are clean and open surfaces are dusted.

Common requests for house cleaning include inside oven cleaning, move-out deep cleans, kitchen degreasing, recurring weekly cleaning and move-in cleans. C & J Facility Solutions is also listed for commercial cleaning, exterior painting, interior painting and pressure washing.

Soap scum that will not come off the shower glass, dust on ceiling fans, and grease on cabinet fronts are common signs a home is due for a deep clean. Mention any extras wanted, such as inside the oven, inside the fridge, or interior windows, and note whether the clean is one-time or recurring. Price usually depends on home size, the number of bathrooms, the current condition of the house, and whether the job is a deep clean or routine maintenance.

Posted hours are Monday to Saturday. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Check, Credit card, Stripe, Venmo and Zelle. To get started, send C & J Facility Solutions a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
