Calen

About Calen

Calen is a house cleaner serving Jacksonville, FL. A team of 3, the business has been operating for 5 years. Most homes in Jacksonville fall into one of two patterns: a one-time deep clean to reset the house, followed by recurring visits that keep it at that level. The first visit usually takes the longest because built-up soap scum, grease, and dust need extra time. Later visits focus on maintenance and move faster.

Common requests for house cleaning include recurring weekly cleaning, inside oven cleaning, shower glass descaling, post-renovation dust removal and floor vacuuming and mopping. Calen is also listed for commercial cleaning, furniture assembly and interior painting.

Soap scum that will not come off the shower glass, dust on ceiling fans, and grease on cabinet fronts are common signs a home is due for a deep clean. Mention any extras wanted, such as inside the oven, inside the fridge, or interior windows, and note whether the clean is one-time or recurring. Price usually depends on home size, the number of bathrooms, the current condition of the house, and whether the job is a deep clean or routine maintenance.

Besides Jacksonville, homeowners in Orange Park, Fleming Island and Middleburg can reach out for house cleaning. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Check and Zelle. To get started, send Calen a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
