CBHaven Cleaning Services

About CBHaven Cleaning Services

Based in Ocklawaha, FL, CBHaven Cleaning Services works as a house cleaner. A team of 4, the business has been operating for 2 years. Most homes in Ocklawaha fall into one of two patterns: a one-time deep clean to reset the house, followed by recurring visits that keep it at that level. The first visit usually takes the longest because built-up soap scum, grease, and dust need extra time. Later visits focus on maintenance and move faster.

Common requests for house cleaning include recurring weekly cleaning, interior window sill cleaning, biweekly maintenance cleaning, ceiling fan and light fixture dusting and post-renovation dust removal. CBHaven Cleaning Services is also listed for commercial cleaning.

Soap scum that will not come off the shower glass, dust on ceiling fans, and grease on cabinet fronts are common signs a home is due for a deep clean. Mention any extras wanted, such as inside the oven, inside the fridge, or interior windows, and note whether the clean is one-time or recurring. Price usually depends on home size, the number of bathrooms, the current condition of the house, and whether the job is a deep clean or routine maintenance.

Besides Ocklawaha, homeowners in Weirsdale, Belleview and Silver Springs can reach out for house cleaning. Accepted payment methods include Google Pay, PayPal, Samsung Pay, Square cash app and Stripe. To get started, send CBHaven Cleaning Services a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
