About Citywide maintenance pro

Citywide maintenance pro is a handyman service serving Brooklyn, NY. The business has been operating for 6 years with a team of 2. Most handyman calls start with a quick walkthrough of the task list, followed by a check of the tools and materials each item needs. Jobs are then worked in a sensible order, with dust control and cleanup at the end, leaving the homeowner with finished repairs instead of half-done weekend projects.

On their profile, Citywide maintenance pro lists project type: repairs, installation, maintenance, assembly and painting; estimated hours: less than 2 hours of work, 2-5 hours of work and a full day of work; work focus: doors, windows, interior walls, exterior walls and gutters; property type: residential and commercial.

Doors that will not close, dents in drywall, peeling bathroom caulk, and shelves that wobble under weight are typical triggers for a general repair call. Mention whether parts such as light fixtures, shelves, curtain rods, or cabinet hardware are already purchased or will need to be picked up before the visit. Travel distance, the complexity of each job, and whether a task needs a second trip for special-order parts are the main drivers behind a handyman quote.

Customers in Brooklyn and nearby areas such as Staten Island, Rockaway Park and Manhattan can request a quote. Posted hours are Monday to Sunday, 12:00 am to 11:59 pm. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Check and Zelle. Request a quote from Citywide maintenance pro on Fixerlane and describe the job you need done.
