About Cozy Living NYC

Cozy Living NYC is a handyman service serving New York, NY. A team of 3, the business has been operating for 7 years. Most handyman calls start with a quick walkthrough of the task list, followed by a check of the tools and materials each item needs. Jobs are then worked in a sensible order, with dust control and cleanup at the end, leaving the homeowner with finished repairs instead of half-done weekend projects.

Typical jobs for handyman work in New York include loose door hinge repair, small fence board repairs, cabinet hardware replacement, fixing sticky drawers and replacing light fixtures. Cozy Living NYC is also listed for cabinet installation, furniture assembly, interior painting and TV mounting.

A running list of small fixes that never seems to get shorter is the most common reason homeowners book a handyman visit and hand off several tasks at once. List every task in one message with a photo of each item, so the visit can be planned properly and the right materials brought along on the first trip. Handyman pricing usually depends on the number of tasks on the list, the time each one takes, and whether materials must be supplied or are already on hand.
