About Custom Tile Inc

Custom Tile Inc is a hardwood flooring contractor serving Clifton Park, NY. The business has been operating for 16 years with a team of 4. Expect furniture to be moved, old flooring pulled, and the subfloor fixed where it squeaks or dips. Installation then moves room by room, with cuts around vents and door casings, followed by thresholds, stair nosing, and molding for a clean finished edge where the floor meets other surfaces.

Common requests for hardwood floor installation include old carpet removal before install, baseboard and shoe molding reinstall, solid oak plank installation, nail-down floors over plywood subfloors and unfinished floors finished on site.

Squeaky or uneven subfloors, water-damaged sections, or a remodel that opens up walls between rooms are common triggers for new hardwood installation. Photos of each room, the chosen wood species or product, and whether furniture moving and old floor removal are needed help an installer quote accurately. Removal and disposal of old flooring, furniture moving, and trim work affect the total, along with the number of rooms, closets, and cuts involved.

Customers in Clifton Park and nearby areas such as Waterford, Cohoes and Mechanicville can request a quote. Posted hours are Monday to Saturday, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Check, Venmo and Zelle. To get started, send Custom Tile Inc a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
