About CV Floors

CV Floors provides hardwood floor refinishing in Clover, SC. A team of 2, the business has been operating for 36 years. Not every floor needs a full sand. Floors with light surface wear can often be buffed and recoated, while deep scratches, gray water damage, or a color change call for sanding to bare wood. Damaged boards may be replaced and blended in before finishing.

Typical jobs for hardwood floor refinishing in Clover include buffing out surface scratches, oil-based polyurethane finish, pet stain board replacement, gap filling between boards and water-based polyurethane finish.

Gray or bare spots in traffic areas, deep scratches, and a finish that no longer repels water are common signs floors need refinishing. Mention pets, when the rooms can be fully emptied, and whether you prefer a water-based or oil-based finish, if known. Cost depends on square footage, floor condition, whether stain is applied, the number of finish coats, and any board repairs or stairs.
