About cw5floors

cw5floors provides hardwood floor installation in New Carlisle, OH. The business has been operating for 28 years with a team of 2. Expect furniture to be moved, old flooring pulled, and the subfloor fixed where it squeaks or dips. Installation then moves room by room, with cuts around vents and door casings, followed by thresholds, stair nosing, and molding for a clean finished edge where the floor meets other surfaces.

Common requests for hardwood floor installation include stair tread and riser installation, transition strips and thresholds, subfloor leveling, old carpet removal before install and herringbone pattern floors.

Squeaky or uneven subfloors, water-damaged sections, or a remodel that opens up walls between rooms are common triggers for new hardwood installation. Photos of each room, the chosen wood species or product, and whether furniture moving and old floor removal are needed help an installer quote accurately. Wood species, plank width, and solid versus engineered construction set the material cost. Subfloor repair, stairs, and pattern layouts like herringbone add labor.

Besides New Carlisle, homeowners in Enon, Tipp City and Fairborn can reach out for hardwood floor installation. Posted hours are Monday to Saturday. To get started, send cw5floors a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
