About Dallas Construction

Dallas Construction is a hardwood floor installer serving Newfield, NJ. The business has been operating for 18 years with a team of 5. Hardwood installation starts with checking the subfloor for flatness and moisture, then laying underlayment and planks in the right direction for the room. Boards are nailed, glued, or floated depending on the product, and trim is set last to cover the expansion gaps left along the walls.

Common requests for hardwood floor installation include nail-down floors over plywood subfloors, baseboard and shoe molding reinstall, engineered hardwood over concrete, unfinished floors finished on site and old carpet removal before install. Dallas Construction is also listed for exterior painting, handyman, hardwood floor refinishing and interior painting.

Allergies, pets, or a desire for a floor that can be sanded and refinished later lead many homeowners to replace soft flooring with real wood. Provide square footage for each room, the current flooring type, and whether stairs are included. Note if the floor sits on a concrete slab or a wood subfloor. Wood species, plank width, and solid versus engineered construction set the material cost. Subfloor repair, stairs, and pattern layouts like herringbone add labor.

Customers in Newfield and nearby areas such as Malaga, Franklinville and Vineland can request a quote. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Check, Venmo and Zelle. To get started, send Dallas Construction a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
