Dalton’s General Contracting

About Dalton’s General Contracting

Dalton’s General Contracting provides hardwood floor installation in Bradford, PA. It has been in business for 1 year. Hardwood installation starts with checking the subfloor for flatness and moisture, then laying underlayment and planks in the right direction for the room. Boards are nailed, glued, or floated depending on the product, and trim is set last to cover the expansion gaps left along the walls.

Common requests for hardwood floor installation include old carpet removal before install, floating hardwood floors, baseboard and shoe molding reinstall, solid oak plank installation and unfinished floors finished on site. Dalton’s General Contracting is also listed for handyman, house cleaning, interior painting and junk removal.

Worn carpet, damaged laminate, or a planned sale often prompts a switch to hardwood, especially in living rooms, hallways, and bedrooms that see daily foot traffic. Provide square footage for each room, the current flooring type, and whether stairs are included. Note if the floor sits on a concrete slab or a wood subfloor. Removal and disposal of old flooring, furniture moving, and trim work affect the total, along with the number of rooms, closets, and cuts involved.

Accepted payment methods include Apple Pay, Cash, Check and Credit card. Request a quote from Dalton’s General Contracting on Fixerlane and describe the job you need done.
