Dan Osin

About Dan Osin

Based in Gladstone, OR, Dan Osin works as a handyman service. It has been in business for 3 years. Handyman work covers the small repairs and installs that pile up around a house but rarely justify calling a specialty trade. A single visit often bundles several items, such as patching a wall, rehanging a door, and mounting a shelf, so the homeowner clears a whole list in one trip instead of scheduling several.

Common requests for handyman work include mounting televisions, grab bar installation, cabinet hardware replacement, loose door hinge repair and small fence board repairs.

A running list of small fixes that never seems to get shorter is the most common reason homeowners book a handyman visit and hand off several tasks at once. Include ceiling heights, the wall type if known, and access notes like pets, parking, or gate codes so the visit can keep moving without delays. Handyman pricing usually depends on the number of tasks on the list, the time each one takes, and whether materials must be supplied or are already on hand.

Customers in Gladstone and nearby areas such as Clackamas, West Linn and Happy Valley can request a quote. Posted hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
