Davmal Flooring Inc.

About Davmal Flooring Inc.

Based in Union City, CA, Davmal Flooring Inc. works as a hardwood floor installer. The business has been operating for 16 years with a team of 4. Expect furniture to be moved, old flooring pulled, and the subfloor fixed where it squeaks or dips. Installation then moves room by room, with cuts around vents and door casings, followed by thresholds, stair nosing, and molding for a clean finished edge where the floor meets other surfaces.

Typical jobs for hardwood floor installation in Union City include transition strips and thresholds, old carpet removal before install, solid oak plank installation, herringbone pattern floors and subfloor leveling. Davmal Flooring Inc. is also listed for carpet installation and hardwood floor refinishing.

Squeaky or uneven subfloors, water-damaged sections, or a remodel that opens up walls between rooms are common triggers for new hardwood installation. Provide square footage for each room, the current flooring type, and whether stairs are included. Note if the floor sits on a concrete slab or a wood subfloor. Removal and disposal of old flooring, furniture moving, and trim work affect the total, along with the number of rooms, closets, and cuts involved.

Besides Union City, homeowners in Hayward, Newark and San Lorenzo can reach out for hardwood floor installation. Posted hours are Monday to Sunday. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Credit card, PayPal, Square cash app, Venmo and Zelle. To get started, send Davmal Flooring Inc. a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
