About DE Custom Floors, Inc.

DE Custom Floors, Inc. is a hardwood floor installer serving Waukesha, WI. The business has been operating for 23 years with a team of 9. Hardwood installation starts with checking the subfloor for flatness and moisture, then laying underlayment and planks in the right direction for the room. Boards are nailed, glued, or floated depending on the product, and trim is set last to cover the expansion gaps left along the walls.

On their profile, DE Custom Floors, Inc. lists install type: laminate, luxury vinyl flooring, engineered hardwood, tile and concrete; property type: residential and commercial. DE Custom Floors, Inc. is also listed for carpet installation.

Allergies, pets, or a desire for a floor that can be sanded and refinished later lead many homeowners to replace soft flooring with real wood. Provide square footage for each room, the current flooring type, and whether stairs are included. Note if the floor sits on a concrete slab or a wood subfloor. Wood species, plank width, and solid versus engineered construction set the material cost. Subfloor repair, stairs, and pattern layouts like herringbone add labor.

Besides Waukesha, homeowners in New Berlin, Pewaukee and Brookfield can reach out for hardwood floor installation. Posted hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. Accepted payment methods include Apple Pay, Cash, Check, Credit card and Google Pay. Request a quote from DE Custom Floors, Inc. on Fixerlane and describe the job you need done.
