About Dee n Carrie Home Improvement

Based in Russellville, AL, Dee n Carrie Home Improvement works as a hardwood floor installer. A team of 2, the business has been operating for 5 years. Hardwood installation starts with checking the subfloor for flatness and moisture, then laying underlayment and planks in the right direction for the room. Boards are nailed, glued, or floated depending on the product, and trim is set last to cover the expansion gaps left along the walls.

Typical jobs for hardwood floor installation in Russellville include nail-down floors over plywood subfloors, stair tread and riser installation, unfinished floors finished on site, transition strips and thresholds and subfloor leveling. Dee n Carrie Home Improvement is also listed for carpet installation, countertop installation, handyman and hardwood floor refinishing.

Worn carpet, damaged laminate, or a planned sale often prompts a switch to hardwood, especially in living rooms, hallways, and bedrooms that see daily foot traffic. Photos of each room, the chosen wood species or product, and whether furniture moving and old floor removal are needed help an installer quote accurately. Removal and disposal of old flooring, furniture moving, and trim work affect the total, along with the number of rooms, closets, and cuts involved.

Customers in Russellville and nearby areas such as Tuscumbia, Sheffield and Muscle Shoals can request a quote. Posted hours are Monday to Saturday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. Accepted payment methods include Cash and PayPal. To get started, send Dee n Carrie Home Improvement a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
