Demo Dan

About Demo Dan

Based in Portland, OR, Demo Dan works as a handyman. It has been in business for 2 years. Handyman work covers the small repairs and installs that pile up around a house but rarely justify calling a specialty trade. A single visit often bundles several items, such as patching a wall, rehanging a door, and mounting a shelf, so the homeowner clears a whole list in one trip instead of scheduling several.

On their profile, Demo Dan lists project type: repairs, installation, maintenance, assembly and painting; estimated hours: less than 2 hours of work, 2-5 hours of work and a full day of work; work focus: doors, windows, interior walls, exterior walls and gutters; property type: residential and commercial.

Moving in, preparing a home for sale, or getting ready for holiday guests often surfaces loose fixtures, scuffed walls, dripping caulk lines, and doors that stick. List every task in one message with a photo of each item, so the visit can be planned properly and the right materials brought along on the first trip. Handyman pricing usually depends on the number of tasks on the list, the time each one takes, and whether materials must be supplied or are already on hand.

Besides Portland, homeowners in Lake Oswego, Beaverton and Tualatin can reach out for handyman work. To get started, send Demo Dan a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
