Desing painting and floors

About Desing painting and floors

Desing painting and floors is a hardwood flooring contractor serving Maryland Heights, MO. A team of 4, the business has been operating for 10 years. Expect furniture to be moved, old flooring pulled, and the subfloor fixed where it squeaks or dips. Installation then moves room by room, with cuts around vents and door casings, followed by thresholds, stair nosing, and molding for a clean finished edge where the floor meets other surfaces.

Common requests for hardwood floor installation include floating hardwood floors, unfinished floors finished on site, wide-plank flooring, nail-down floors over plywood subfloors and solid oak plank installation. Desing painting and floors is also listed for interior painting.

Squeaky or uneven subfloors, water-damaged sections, or a remodel that opens up walls between rooms are common triggers for new hardwood installation. Provide square footage for each room, the current flooring type, and whether stairs are included. Note if the floor sits on a concrete slab or a wood subfloor. Removal and disposal of old flooring, furniture moving, and trim work affect the total, along with the number of rooms, closets, and cuts involved.

Besides Maryland Heights, homeowners in Earth City, Bridgeton and Saint Ann can reach out for hardwood floor installation. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Check, Venmo and Zelle. To get started, send Desing painting and floors a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
