About Dream.Built.Tiles

Based in Orlando, FL, Dream.Built.Tiles works as a hardwood floor installer. A team of 6, the business has been operating for 2 years. Expect furniture to be moved, old flooring pulled, and the subfloor fixed where it squeaks or dips. Installation then moves room by room, with cuts around vents and door casings, followed by thresholds, stair nosing, and molding for a clean finished edge where the floor meets other surfaces.

Typical jobs for hardwood floor installation in Orlando include transition strips and thresholds, engineered hardwood over concrete, subfloor leveling, unfinished floors finished on site and herringbone pattern floors. Dream.Built.Tiles is also listed for carpet installation, countertop installation, handyman and hardwood floor refinishing.

Squeaky or uneven subfloors, water-damaged sections, or a remodel that opens up walls between rooms are common triggers for new hardwood installation. Provide square footage for each room, the current flooring type, and whether stairs are included. Note if the floor sits on a concrete slab or a wood subfloor. Wood species, plank width, and solid versus engineered construction set the material cost. Subfloor repair, stairs, and pattern layouts like herringbone add labor.
