Durham General Maintenance

About Durham General Maintenance

Durham General Maintenance provides house cleaning in Atlanta, GA. It has been in business for 9 years. On a typical visit, the cleaner walks through the home first to confirm priorities and any rooms to skip. Supplies and equipment usually come with the cleaner, though homeowners can request specific products for sensitive surfaces or allergies. The result is a home where the kitchen, bathrooms, and floors are clean and open surfaces are dusted.

Common requests for house cleaning include ceiling fan and light fixture dusting, baseboard and trim wiping, bathroom tile and grout scrubbing, floor vacuuming and mopping and inside refrigerator cleaning. Durham General Maintenance is also listed for furniture assembly and handyman.

Busy work schedules, a new baby, or a move often leave little time for scrubbing bathrooms and floors, which is when many households start booking regular cleaning. Mention any extras wanted, such as inside the oven, inside the fridge, or interior windows, and note whether the clean is one-time or recurring. Recurring schedules, add-on tasks like inside appliances, pet hair, and move-out conditions all change the amount of time required, which is the main driver of the quote.

Besides Atlanta, homeowners in Avondale Estates, Scottdale and Clarkston can reach out for house cleaning. Posted hours are Monday to Sunday. Accepted payment methods include Apple Pay, Cash, Credit card, PayPal, Stripe and Venmo. To get started, send Durham General Maintenance a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
