Ecolux Floors

About Ecolux Floors

Ecolux Floors is a hardwood floor installer serving Chantilly, VA. The business has been operating for 7 years with a team of 15. Expect furniture to be moved, old flooring pulled, and the subfloor fixed where it squeaks or dips. Installation then moves room by room, with cuts around vents and door casings, followed by thresholds, stair nosing, and molding for a clean finished edge where the floor meets other surfaces.

Common requests for hardwood floor installation include baseboard and shoe molding reinstall, solid oak plank installation, nail-down floors over plywood subfloors, old carpet removal before install and engineered hardwood over concrete. Ecolux Floors is also listed for carpet installation, countertop installation and hardwood floor refinishing.

Worn carpet, damaged laminate, or a planned sale often prompts a switch to hardwood, especially in living rooms, hallways, and bedrooms that see daily foot traffic. Provide square footage for each room, the current flooring type, and whether stairs are included. Note if the floor sits on a concrete slab or a wood subfloor. Wood species, plank width, and solid versus engineered construction set the material cost. Subfloor repair, stairs, and pattern layouts like herringbone add labor.

Besides Chantilly, homeowners in Sterling, Aldie and Ashburn can reach out for hardwood floor installation. Posted hours are Monday to Sunday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Check and Zelle. Request a quote from Ecolux Floors on Fixerlane and describe the job you need done.
