Elevated Exteriors

About Elevated Exteriors

Elevated Exteriors provides hardwood floor installation in South Rockwood, MI. The business has been operating for 1 year with a team of 3. Hardwood installation starts with checking the subfloor for flatness and moisture, then laying underlayment and planks in the right direction for the room. Boards are nailed, glued, or floated depending on the product, and trim is set last to cover the expansion gaps left along the walls.

Common requests for hardwood floor installation include solid oak plank installation, old carpet removal before install, subfloor leveling, nail-down floors over plywood subfloors and baseboard and shoe molding reinstall. Elevated Exteriors is also listed for countertop installation and hardwood floor refinishing.

Squeaky or uneven subfloors, water-damaged sections, or a remodel that opens up walls between rooms are common triggers for new hardwood installation. Provide square footage for each room, the current flooring type, and whether stairs are included. Note if the floor sits on a concrete slab or a wood subfloor. Wood species, plank width, and solid versus engineered construction set the material cost. Subfloor repair, stairs, and pattern layouts like herringbone add labor.

Besides South Rockwood, homeowners in Rockwood, Flat Rock and Trenton can reach out for hardwood floor installation. Posted hours are Monday to Sunday. To get started, send Elevated Exteriors a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
