Elevation Hardwood Floors

About Elevation Hardwood Floors

Based in Yorba Linda, CA, Elevation Hardwood Floors works as a hardwood flooring contractor. The business has been operating for 1 year with a team of 4. Expect furniture to be moved, old flooring pulled, and the subfloor fixed where it squeaks or dips. Installation then moves room by room, with cuts around vents and door casings, followed by thresholds, stair nosing, and molding for a clean finished edge where the floor meets other surfaces.

Typical jobs for hardwood floor installation in Yorba Linda include wide-plank flooring, herringbone pattern floors, subfloor leveling, solid oak plank installation and nail-down floors over plywood subfloors. Elevation Hardwood Floors is also listed for hardwood floor refinishing.

Squeaky or uneven subfloors, water-damaged sections, or a remodel that opens up walls between rooms are common triggers for new hardwood installation. Provide square footage for each room, the current flooring type, and whether stairs are included. Note if the floor sits on a concrete slab or a wood subfloor. Removal and disposal of old flooring, furniture moving, and trim work affect the total, along with the number of rooms, closets, and cuts involved.
