About Elizabeth Contracting

Elizabeth Contracting is a house cleaner serving Fort Myers, FL. A team of 2, the business has been operating for 4 years. Most homes in Fort Myers fall into one of two patterns: a one-time deep clean to reset the house, followed by recurring visits that keep it at that level. The first visit usually takes the longest because built-up soap scum, grease, and dust need extra time. Later visits focus on maintenance and move faster.

Common requests for house cleaning include inside oven cleaning, baseboard and trim wiping, move-in cleans, recurring weekly cleaning and interior window sill cleaning. Elizabeth Contracting is also listed for commercial cleaning, handyman and window cleaning.

Hosting guests, preparing a house for sale, or getting a security deposit back at move-out are frequent reasons homeowners schedule a one-time cleaning. Mention any extras wanted, such as inside the oven, inside the fridge, or interior windows, and note whether the clean is one-time or recurring. Recurring schedules, add-on tasks like inside appliances, pet hair, and move-out conditions all change the amount of time required, which is the main driver of the quote.

Besides Fort Myers, homeowners in Fort Myers Beach, Estero and Bonita Springs can reach out for house cleaning. Posted hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. To get started, send Elizabeth Contracting a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
