Emerald Flooring And Carpentry

About Emerald Flooring And Carpentry

Based in San Tan Valley, AZ, Emerald Flooring And Carpentry works as a hardwood flooring contractor. It has been in business for 18 years. Hardwood installation starts with checking the subfloor for flatness and moisture, then laying underlayment and planks in the right direction for the room. Boards are nailed, glued, or floated depending on the product, and trim is set last to cover the expansion gaps left along the walls.

Typical jobs for hardwood floor installation in San Tan Valley include old carpet removal before install, floating hardwood floors, herringbone pattern floors, transition strips and thresholds and engineered hardwood over concrete. Emerald Flooring And Carpentry is also listed for handyman.

Worn carpet, damaged laminate, or a planned sale often prompts a switch to hardwood, especially in living rooms, hallways, and bedrooms that see daily foot traffic. Provide square footage for each room, the current flooring type, and whether stairs are included. Note if the floor sits on a concrete slab or a wood subfloor. Removal and disposal of old flooring, furniture moving, and trim work affect the total, along with the number of rooms, closets, and cuts involved.

Besides San Tan Valley, homeowners in Queen Creek, Coolidge and Gilbert can reach out for hardwood floor installation. Posted hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
