Stained, dusty, or pitted garage floors and concrete that is hard to clean are common reasons homeowners choose an epoxy coating. Mention cracks, pits, or signs of moisture, and describe the finish you want, such as solid color, flakes, or metallic. Metallic finishes, polyaspartic clear coats, and full flake broadcasts cost more than a basic single-color coating on a sound slab.
