About Evora
Evora is a hardwood floor refinisher serving Roosevelt, NY. A team of 2, the business has been operating for 6 years. Refinishing restores worn hardwood by sanding away the old finish and surface damage, then applying stain if desired and several coats of protective finish. The result is a floor that looks new without replacing boards, since solid hardwood can usually be sanded multiple times over its life.
Common requests for hardwood floor refinishing include sanding and refinishing oak floors, stair tread refinishing, border and inlay refinishing, buff and recoat and buffing out surface scratches. Evora is also listed for carpet installation.
Gray or bare spots in traffic areas, deep scratches, and a finish that no longer repels water are common signs floors need refinishing. Share the square footage of each room, photos of the worn areas, and whether stairs or landings are included in the project. Cost depends on square footage, floor condition, whether stain is applied, the number of finish coats, and any board repairs or stairs.
Customers in Roosevelt and nearby areas such as Uniondale, Merrick and Freeport can request a quote. To get started, send Evora a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
