Extra Hands

About Extra Hands

Based in Indiana, PA, Extra Hands works as a handyman service. The business has been operating for 7 years with a team of 5. Handyman work covers the small repairs and installs that pile up around a house but rarely justify calling a specialty trade. A single visit often bundles several items, such as patching a wall, rehanging a door, and mounting a shelf, so the homeowner clears a whole list in one trip instead of scheduling several.

Common requests for handyman work include small fence board repairs, loose door hinge repair, weatherstripping doors, hanging shelves and mirrors and baseboard and trim touch-ups. Extra Hands is also listed for hardwood floor refinishing and TV mounting.

Moving in, preparing a home for sale, or getting ready for holiday guests often surfaces loose fixtures, scuffed walls, dripping caulk lines, and doors that stick. Include ceiling heights, the wall type if known, and access notes like pets, parking, or gate codes so the visit can keep moving without delays. Handyman pricing usually depends on the number of tasks on the list, the time each one takes, and whether materials must be supplied or are already on hand.

Customers in Indiana and nearby areas such as Derry, Kittanning and New Alexandria can request a quote. Posted hours are Monday to Friday, 12:00 am to 11:59 pm. Accepted payment methods include Apple Pay, Cash, Check, Credit card, PayPal and Square cash app. To get started, send Extra Hands a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
