About Foothill Flooring solutions

Foothill Flooring solutions provides hardwood floor installation in San Andreas, CA. It has been in business for 9 years. Hardwood installation starts with checking the subfloor for flatness and moisture, then laying underlayment and planks in the right direction for the room. Boards are nailed, glued, or floated depending on the product, and trim is set last to cover the expansion gaps left along the walls.

Common requests for hardwood floor installation include subfloor leveling, transition strips and thresholds, solid oak plank installation, wide-plank flooring and baseboard and shoe molding reinstall. Foothill Flooring solutions is also listed for carpet installation.

Allergies, pets, or a desire for a floor that can be sanded and refinished later lead many homeowners to replace soft flooring with real wood. Provide square footage for each room, the current flooring type, and whether stairs are included. Note if the floor sits on a concrete slab or a wood subfloor. Removal and disposal of old flooring, furniture moving, and trim work affect the total, along with the number of rooms, closets, and cuts involved.
