About Frankos Home Renovation LLC

Frankos Home Renovation LLC is a hardwood flooring contractor serving Hillsborough, NC. A team of 3, the business has been operating for 9 years. Hardwood installation starts with checking the subfloor for flatness and moisture, then laying underlayment and planks in the right direction for the room. Boards are nailed, glued, or floated depending on the product, and trim is set last to cover the expansion gaps left along the walls.

Common requests for hardwood floor installation include transition strips and thresholds, engineered hardwood over concrete, old carpet removal before install, baseboard and shoe molding reinstall and nail-down floors over plywood subfloors. Frankos Home Renovation LLC is also listed for cabinet installation, carpet cleaning, commercial carpet cleaning and commercial cleaning.

Allergies, pets, or a desire for a floor that can be sanded and refinished later lead many homeowners to replace soft flooring with real wood. Photos of each room, the chosen wood species or product, and whether furniture moving and old floor removal are needed help an installer quote accurately. Wood species, plank width, and solid versus engineered construction set the material cost. Subfloor repair, stairs, and pattern layouts like herringbone add labor.

Besides Hillsborough, homeowners in Efland, Cedar Grove and Mebane can reach out for hardwood floor installation. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Check and Zelle. Request a quote from Frankos Home Renovation LLC on Fixerlane and describe the job you need done.
