About From The Floor Up LLC

From The Floor Up LLC provides hardwood floor installation in Decatur, IL. The business has been operating for 8 years with a team of 3. Homeowners choose between solid hardwood, which can be sanded many times, and engineered boards, which handle basements and concrete slabs better. The installer helps match product to the space, lets the wood acclimate inside the home, and plans layouts that avoid awkward slivers at doorways and hallways.

Typical jobs for hardwood floor installation in Decatur include solid oak plank installation, floating hardwood floors, subfloor leveling, nail-down floors over plywood subfloors and baseboard and shoe molding reinstall. From The Floor Up LLC is also listed for carpet installation, countertop installation, door repair and furniture assembly.

Allergies, pets, or a desire for a floor that can be sanded and refinished later lead many homeowners to replace soft flooring with real wood. Photos of each room, the chosen wood species or product, and whether furniture moving and old floor removal are needed help an installer quote accurately. Removal and disposal of old flooring, furniture moving, and trim work affect the total, along with the number of rooms, closets, and cuts involved.

Accepted payment methods include Apple Pay, Cash, Check, Credit card, Google Pay and PayPal. Request a quote from From The Floor Up LLC on Fixerlane and describe the job you need done.
