About Golden Oak Construction LLC
Golden Oak Construction LLC is a hardwood floor installer serving Minnetonka, MN. Expect furniture to be moved, old flooring pulled, and the subfloor fixed where it squeaks or dips. Installation then moves room by room, with cuts around vents and door casings, followed by thresholds, stair nosing, and molding for a clean finished edge where the floor meets other surfaces.
Common requests for hardwood floor installation include subfloor leveling, wide-plank flooring, nail-down floors over plywood subfloors, transition strips and thresholds and stair tread and riser installation.
Allergies, pets, or a desire for a floor that can be sanded and refinished later lead many homeowners to replace soft flooring with real wood. Provide square footage for each room, the current flooring type, and whether stairs are included. Note if the floor sits on a concrete slab or a wood subfloor. Removal and disposal of old flooring, furniture moving, and trim work affect the total, along with the number of rooms, closets, and cuts involved.
Besides Minnetonka, homeowners in Hopkins, Wayzata and Eden Prairie can reach out for hardwood floor installation. To get started, send Golden Oak Construction LLC a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
