Handyman and His Dog

About Handyman and His Dog

Handyman and His Dog is a handyman service serving Rochester, VT. It has been in business for 7 years. Handyman work covers the small repairs and installs that pile up around a house but rarely justify calling a specialty trade. A single visit often bundles several items, such as patching a wall, rehanging a door, and mounting a shelf, so the homeowner clears a whole list in one trip instead of scheduling several.

Common requests for handyman work include small fence board repairs, hanging shelves and mirrors, fixing sticky drawers, baseboard and trim touch-ups and loose door hinge repair. Handyman and His Dog is also listed for furniture assembly, interior painting and window installation.

Doors that will not close, dents in drywall, peeling bathroom caulk, and shelves that wobble under weight are typical triggers for a general repair call. List every task in one message with a photo of each item, so the visit can be planned properly and the right materials brought along on the first trip. Handyman pricing usually depends on the number of tasks on the list, the time each one takes, and whether materials must be supplied or are already on hand.

Customers in Rochester and nearby areas such as Rutland and Middlebury can request a quote. Posted hours are Monday to Sunday, 12:00 am to 11:59 pm. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Check, Credit card and Zelle. To get started, send Handyman and His Dog a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
