About Hive construction LLC

Hive construction LLC is a hardwood flooring contractor serving Saco, ME. The business has been operating for 9 years with a team of 2. Expect furniture to be moved, old flooring pulled, and the subfloor fixed where it squeaks or dips. Installation then moves room by room, with cuts around vents and door casings, followed by thresholds, stair nosing, and molding for a clean finished edge where the floor meets other surfaces.

Common requests for hardwood floor installation include herringbone pattern floors, unfinished floors finished on site, stair tread and riser installation, baseboard and shoe molding reinstall and transition strips and thresholds. Hive construction LLC is also listed for hardwood floor refinishing.

Allergies, pets, or a desire for a floor that can be sanded and refinished later lead many homeowners to replace soft flooring with real wood. Photos of each room, the chosen wood species or product, and whether furniture moving and old floor removal are needed help an installer quote accurately. Removal and disposal of old flooring, furniture moving, and trim work affect the total, along with the number of rooms, closets, and cuts involved.

Customers in Saco and nearby areas such as Biddeford, Old Orchard Beach and Scarborough can request a quote. Posted hours are Monday to Saturday. Accepted payment methods include Apple Pay, Cash, Check, PayPal, Venmo and Zelle. Request a quote from Hive construction LLC on Fixerlane and describe the job you need done.
